I’m not even ok posting this but what was done to my son is very unfair so it needs to be said Mrs.Taylor from this center was my son’s ABA at home teacher for roughly two months she picked her own 4-6 pm schedule everything was scheduled to that she started for the first week or so coming on time once she got comfortable she didn’t start showing up until 4:15-4:30 pm and asking to reschedule because she accompanying her son on some sort of flight my wife agreed to do it I spoke with my wife and she related to Mrs Taylor that our schedule is already set for Monday to Friday 4-6pm if she can try to be on time and if she needed to reschedule it would have to be on Sunday at the same 4-6 schedule she agreed to come on time which she did do the problem is she wanted to take more days reschedule it but if it wasn’t on Saturday my son would just loose the session which is very unfair because Mrs Taylor is the one who’s been accommodated my son shouldn’t be penalized for it my wife spoke with her and she gave some lie about she already did five makeups for my son and he has one left so that’s why we should let her come on Saturdays instead of Sunday because she’s not driving out just for my son and we reached out to our coordinator who reached out to her supervisor who allowed Mrs Taylor to just drop my son with no replacement or no talk to resolve the issue which was very simple not to mention that she would sit outside after getting here around 3:55 up until 4:05 then get her bags and come upstairs highly disappointed and Mrs Taylor and her supervisor should be very ashamed of penalizing my son instead of talking about the situation like adultsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
